Annual Toronto Synchro Summer Camp
6 – 13 years old
Dates and Times
Monday Aug 28th – Friday Sept 1st 2017, 8:15am-3:15pm. Aftercare from 3:15pm-5pm.
East York Community Centre pool (AM) and Canadian Children’s Fitness Centre (PM)
$395/week. Includes Toronto Synchro Camp Tshirt. Aftercare available: $75/week
Camp T-shirt and any applicable TTC fares for transportation to CFCC
Swimmers from 6-13 will learn and develop synchro skills, improve swim skills, increase flexibility, strength and stamina, make new friends and have lots of fun. Our camp is highly recommended for new competitive swimmers, recreational and novice swimmers wishing to retain and improve their skills, and those considering joining a synchro program for the following season.
After a morning in the pool, swimmers will travel, closely supervised by Toronto Synchro coaches, to the Canadian Children’s Fitness Centre (CCFC). The CFCC is located 5 minutes away by direct TTC bus (any applicable fares are included in camp fees). Swimmers will have lunch (provided by swimmer) and have a fun and active afternoon working on strength, flexibility and endurance with qualified CCFC staff.
All participants receive a Camp T-shirt.
There will be a Camp Showcase at the end of the week, so swimmers will be able to display their new skills to family and friends!

New – Toronto Synchro High-Performance Camp

Swimmers aged 12+ who are ready for a more challenging program are invited to our High Performance Camp, to be held at TPASC (Pan Am pool) from August 21st – 25th, 2017. Taking advantage of this world-class facility, Toronto Synchro’s High Performance Camp will offer extensive training both in and out of the water.
Water training will focus on key areas of figures and skills development, stroke development, and routine choreography, under the supervision of Toronto Synchro coaches and guest experts.
Dryland training will focus on strength training, core conditioning and enhancement of flexibility. Athletes will participate in a variety of activities at this amazing facility, including: Yoga, CycleFit, Zumba, Pilates, Synergy, Climbing Wall and others, under the supervision of certified TPASC staff and Toronto Synchro coaches.
Camp will also include sessions on developing the complete athlete, including: teambuilding, competition mental prep and nutrition for athletes.
The Camp will conclude with a Camp Showcase where all swimmers will have the opportunity to show off their new skills.
This camp is ideal for athletes with at least 2 years of Competitive (Provincial or National) synchro experience who wish to improve their technical and artistic skills, as well as their overall strength, flexibility and endurance.
