Come and TRY SYNCHRO on Thursday April 10 at 6:30 - 8:00 pm. This is a free evening – so give it a try!
Members of our club will provide a demonstration, lead guests in learning synchronized swimming moves and help guests to develop a short routine.

Try synchro! Youth and Adult programs

We invite you to try this exciting, fun team sport. It's a great way to increase flexibility, strength and aerobic conditioning in a team environment that incorporates music and performance.

Team Canada preparing for Olympics

Synchro Canada named 12 athletes that will go on to train at the Aquatic Centre of Excellence in Montreal in preparation for the 2008 Olympic Qualifying event to take place in Beijing this April. Read more »

Burning Bright

Thank you to all the Toronto Synchronized Swimmers and Coaches who participated in this fundraising event for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Our club contributed $980 to the total of $30,000 by synchronized swimming clubs across Ontario. Well Done! »
