How to Join our Competitive Program for 2008-2009 season.

Water Show - Winter 2007-08

We are hoping to offer Tier 1,Tier 2,Tier 3or 4 and Tier 6 teams in 2008-2009

Evaluations will be held for competitive team swimmers Tuesday June 10 7-9pm, Thursday June 12 7-9pm or Friday June 13 6:30-8:30pm at UofT pool location ( please contact Head Coach to sign up for a time).

Registration for the competitive 2008-2009 season forms and deposit due by June 30.

Synchro hairdo

HairdoThe stuff in swimmers' hair is unflavored Knox gelatin, similar to that which is used in jell-o and cheesecake. The purpose is to keep the athlete's hair out of her face. It is applied as a warm, thick paste, hardens while air-drying, and is washed out in very hot water following the competition. Before Knox, swimmers used Vaseline, waterproof hair spray, or Dippity-doo hair gel. More on synchro »

Our new pre-competitive program

Our pre-competitive program is aimed at swimmers with previous synchro experience or a strong swimming background. It is a great opportunity for those who would like a bit more competitive experience. Swimmers in this program will train twice a week and develop a routine which they will compete at the Provincial Trillium competition in June. Pre-competitive »
